Pros

Got along with coworkers, hours were nice before the benefit fiasco. Good training program, each employee is developed well to ensure full coverage in store.

Cons

Promotes from outside the store, will have employees of lower pay grade learn duties outside their job title to get things covered, but when it comes time to promote them choose to pass them over for a candidate with little/no experience.

Fast paced environment with frequently changing job responsibilities. Employees are free to move around and help with different tasks as needed.

Cons

Scheduling issues and lack of overall leadership from management. However, this can depend on whether or not you are working for a franchisee or company owned restaurant.
