Pros

Easy job. Tips if you're a driver. Fun to be social when managers aren't around or cracking the whip. Nice discount if you're working.

Cons

Corporate managers makes some dumb, questionable decisions. Crappy pay even if you're a manager. Can be stressful when it's super busy. Mistakes happen or pizzas are super late and customers get angry. Not many hours to go around. Gotta be friendly with the boss to get decent hours.

Fun people, rarely bored, not really a whole lot else to say here

Cons

Inflexible scheduling is a real killer if you have a life outside of work. Breaks? What are those? They'll take advantage of you if you let them - so don't let them.
