You get to work with interesting people. A lot of whom are students. You also get to serve regular customers that learn your name.

Cons

It's a food business. It's not for everyone. The fast pace is a challenge for some.

Flexible schedule, 401k, benefits, vacation, personal time, teamwork, involved owners, regualr customers, and friendly staff.

Cons

Long shifts, not very good at conflict resolution between management teams, only two holidays off, on call 24/7, constantly having your phone ring on days off, overloaded with work, extremely demanding labor goals, horrible rude customers screaming and yelling and cussing you out, and prank calls
