Pros
Free Pizza Round Table Family Charities They sponsor things woth Childrens Hospital in Oakland to help raise money for Childrens Miracle Network. However it seems at times they are doing it just to make themselves feel good.
Cons
Bad mgmt, lack of respect, senior mgmt only looking out for themselves. The job itself isn't too bad but people aren't held accountable for their actions. It is almost impossible to get fired from Round Table Pizza, people are basically given a free pass to screw up, yet the others have to pick up the peices and fix the problem. Very little respect given at the upper levels of senior management.
