Pros

Consistent schedule, room for promotion, semi decent pay, good training program

Cons

Doesn't follow through with promises, tends to hire un experienced outside people instead of promoting from within.

Pros

I started all the way from the beginning as a crew worker, and it was a great first time job that taught me how to work in a fast paced and busy setting.

Cons

Terribly underpaid for any type of management supervisor position and If you are anything other than a crew worker, driver or crew leader, your pretty much underpaid. In all honesty a driver with minimum wage can make more money with their check and tips combined than a shift supervisor with the maximum 28 hours. However the pay isn't really in the store managers control as it is more so Round table Corporation

A perfect first job

Pros

Great social aspect, easy job, great experience in customer service

Cons

Like any other minimum wage restaurant chain job - you'll get duties that aren't fun (cleaning the bathrooms, anyone?) After a certain age, you begin to want more in a job. There is nothing fulfilling about making pizzas. This job is meant as a resume builder for young people. As you get older, the fun begins to dwindle.
