-Free food every day -Employee discounts -Lots of hours are given -Good locations with nearby convenience stores

Cons

-Favoritism. -Manger allowed the "regulars" to do as they please - including repetitively disrespect staff without reprecussion -Come home smelling like pizza -Broken A/C -Outdated booths and tables -Too many young people/high schoolers working, hence workplace sassiness and drama... they need more employee age balance

Cons

Pay is low unless you are a driver. Not much incentive to work harder, entry level crew members are left with the most responsibility.
