Tips, chill environment and free food sometimes.

Cons

Cleaning, its a restaurants so that's needed. There's no real communication from anyone outside of the store. Most of the time they might just show up and start telling you what needs to happen, or else punishment's will happen. Often won't even know what specials are new until the day of or you see a commercial.
