Pros
Working a Rouse has been very pleasant. The environment is very healthy. My teammates are very smart and we are always challenged to do our best. The management team is very accessible and transparent. The company hosts many social events which is great to get to know your teammates. Their 401k match is insane and compensation is very competitive. During coronavirus the company has been extremely understanding and allowing all employee to work remotely.
Cons
It takes a couple of years to get more vacation days but managers are usually flexible.
