Pros
I have been a driver at roush las vegas for 4 years now and I thought it was a good job, easy work driving cars not much responsibility or pay but good for extra cash. Better than digging a ditch or flipping burgers. Get to drive the latest cars. And some pretty cool cars, if you're nice to the girl that schedules you anyway.
Cons
But in the last couple of years it has really gone down hill. The site management doesn't treat people fair, plays favorites and has different rules for everyone. People likes get away with everything, people doesn't get writes up and pulled off the schedule or scheduled for short hours. Has meetings, says is going to do all kinds of things for us, but never follows through. We still don't have the drinking fountain that was promised us over two years ago.(a drinking fountain, so simple. and especially in a hot place like las vegas. and the driver area is not air conditioned) Recently several good people from the office have left. Why did the good ones leave? And the ones that stay really don't know what they're doing. Got promoted from drivers to the office because they were "favorites". People are leaving for a reason but Michigan management doesn't seem to care. I don't know how much longer I'll be here either. If you want an easy $9 an hour try it out but don't expect anything else.
