The company has a good reputation and overall has nice employees.

Cons

Some departments get better pay and are more privileged. There is not a lot of room for growth and some manager won't let you learn more to advance.

-Exposure to fun toys -Minimum of oversight as long as you are getting your projects done -Great teamwork experience.

Cons

-You may be told that your initial offer is low, but that you'll receive prompt, regular work evaluations and that these will lead to pay raises; Even when you earn the top possible rating, you will not get any financial compensation increase. -Managers will ask you to work overtime "off the books". Working 60-70 hours per week while being paid for 40 was the norm. -Health benefits sucked. -Most employees don't make it long enough to get vested in the retirement program (3 years)
