Also co-workers, a lot of high school drama cliques they do train you well but if you mess up they don't really help you understand how to prevent it in the future

Some good smart people work here.

Cons

Bad raises, no advancement unless you're in the buddy system, must be white to get a decent raise or get a better position... they have you train then put the white guy you train ahead of you in the pecking order... most supervisors are low education ged having and only advance white people no matter what.
