Upward mobility is very much present within the organization. Individuals with interest in furthering their knowledge base areas of operations will be rewarded with time to do so and acknowledgement of their works.

Cons

Work/life schedule can be daunting at times with overtime being constant. (Offset with plenty of vacation as a benefit)

Interesting engineering problems to work on if you are on the right team

Cons

Worked for the CAE team and H1B workers are treated as cattle. The team values are like those of a mediocre Indian company where the manager has the license to bully people (H1B immigrants mainly) working under him. So don't work here, unless you are desperate for a job.
