Our first reaction when we read your comments was "Wow - what a great description of our culture!" We do give our employees a lot of runway and encourage them to push the envelope of what can be done. Moving rapidly from idea to engineered solution does take hard work, but we hope you find the process and end result as exhilarating as we do.
Efficient, accessible storage is always a challenge - the work we do requires lots of parts and lots of equipment but we appreciate and understand your comment, and we are exploring automation and other tools to make your job easier.
