Pros

Unfortunately, the pros are meaningless if the company doesn't treat employees right when laid off.

Cons

With department closing, engineers were given NO severance pay, and management was given only two weeks. Unfortunately, this is not something you ask during hiring interview. I would not recommend Roush, as upper management obviously can't be expected to "do the right thing" for impacted employees.

Had lots of work, hardly a slow down.. Were able to get vaction days we you needed them

Cons

managment is completly out of touch with salarys.....They are your basic "what have you done for me lately" company.....Only see the negative....my kiss butt to get ahead... I seen them hire over 1,000,000 worth of new salaries and most people that work there to build the company to be able to hire these people recieved no increases. Was told your right where you should be as far as pay!!!!! a company that does good should reward the people that got them there......NNNNOOOOO chance at Roush

I really can’t think of a good reason why you would want to work at Roush Ind.

Cons

If you are not in the click, you won’t get anywhere. Poorly managed, they don’t care about their employee.
