Decent pay, good benefits, very interesting work, great location, work directly with Ford engineers.

Cons

Stressful atmosphere, lots of crude language (some is fine... this was a lot), lots of turnover, management can be a bit over-strict, a lack of consideration for personal life events (like family deaths).
