      Pros

      Good salary, excellent benefits and a generous amount of paid time off. Accomplishments are recognized. Emphasis is placed on company wide team building and on work/life balance.

      Cons

      The business analyst and most of the project manager responsibilities have been rolled into the Product Owner position since the company has begun using the Agile methodology. There is more work than can be done by the current staffing level.
