RouteOne is a great place to work. The people are smart and dedicated, work to do the right thing, and genuinely like being around each other.

Cons

Every company has its flaws, and RouteOne is no different, like having too many meetings. It does a better than average job recognizing them, though, and making efforts to correct them.

- Bad pay - Extremely high call volume with very little time off the phones - Changes are made without consulting agents first - hurts workflow - Management doesn't care - Level 2 and 3 teams don't read tickets half of the time - No room for career growth - Have to request ALL time off including all holidays
