Very friendly coworkers, pretty diverse staff, the office is modern, frequent relationship-building activities outside of the office, room for growth, allow you to work on many different projects

PM/Field staff disconnect - PMs are promoted too quickly and are very unorganized, you are expected to work OT during the week and are asked to volunteer on Saturday's with horrible compensation, sense of favoritism, NO diversity whatsoever. Would steer clear
