Cons
Work-life balance and overall satisfaction with work is very dependent on who your manager is and what projects you are working on - can have months in the field with long hours, difficult project managers, and uncomfortable working conditions. Great divide in the caliber of employees - many smart, ambitious new employees coming in while some of those that have been there longer in the middle-to-high ranks are very difficult to work with and don't care about the work.
