- Young Management Team who are sales driven - Does not follow through with the projects they sold - New engineers have to be independent and forefront projects without having much prior context - Travel around Singapore/Overseas for different projects - High Turnover Rate as many Engineers are burnt out - Fast-paced. Have to learn many industry software yourself in a short period of time
