Great Place to Work, but Favoritism and Lots of Travel

Pros
- lots of opportunities to work on different platforms - friendly people and great camaraderie (work events)
Cons
- most managers have their favorites and it's obvious (if you don't like sports, you're not getting promoted) - travel all the time (me personally approx 50%, some more, some less) - put on too many projects at once with overlapping deadlines - very dirty working conditions for an office environment (DUST, tripping hazards, wiring everywhere) - pay could be better, especially for salary (you WILL work more than 40 hours)
