      - good projects to learn on - Fairly good work/life balance allowing hybrid/WFH (only if you're firm, otherwise they'll walk over you) - Good senior engineers happy to help you - Good place to start your career and have a resume - Upper management has always been nice on a personal level

      Cons

      - Well below industry pay - Will have you working 60+ hours a week onsite for weeks on end if you don't put your foot down - High turnover rate of mid-level engineers (3 - 7 years of experience) - will not consider a good raise/promotion unless you threaten to leave
