Personal Professors, Great study areas, Good access to equipment. Clinics are great opportunity for students.

Cons

Need to refocus on quality over quantity again for both professor and students.

Learn a lot about leadership, represent yourself to the other students as a leader, learn confidence by going through trainings

Cons

It is a really great job for a college student. But if someone has a lot of course load it might sometimes get too much.
