Cons

Understaffed, underpaid, underappreciated. Not enough support in the core departments: payroll, human resources, accounts payable. Makes for a stressful work environment when I am waiting for paperwork to be completed in core departments, while getting demands from students, parents, supervisors inquiring why the paperwork is not completed.

No accountability. nepotism and senior administration more concerned about public perception than employees and working conditions. No room for advancement unless you are part of the inner circle.
