Pros

-Great hours as you get more days off than a normal business -Summers are slower since students not around -Good coworkers

Cons

-Favoritism -At least in my department, there was a micromanager who made things very difficult at times -Growth is good, but I feel like in some areas they need to focus more on what is working for them instead of trying to be the Rutgers of South Jersey. This then results in accepting students that really don't have any business being there
