I've worked for 4 different colleges in the South Jersey area. By far was Rowan the most helpful, enthusiastic and enjoyable. I work in the English dept and the dept chair Joe Coulombe is absolutely incredible. He always is there to help. The classrooms are very conducive to teaching, and it's just an overall great place to work.

Cons

The parking is awful. It seems like for every 20 parking spaces, there are 25 cars.

I like working here a lot. A lot of the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to provide help

Cons

Sometimes the hours seem long and tedious. Some of the night shifts there's absolutely nothing to do at all.
