Pros

Students are great; faculty are, for the most part, very professional, dedicated, and accomplished; good benefits, but not great; decent parking and campus environment.

Cons

Administration is corrupt; Board of Trustees is owned by politicians; staff are lazy and protected by union, so they do no work. Google "Rowan University" and you'll see what I mean: look for the most recent stories on how the university's administrators went along with an unneeded plan from the Governor and Legislature to merge with a branch of Rutgers.
