Rowan university, glassboro branch is not a large campus, But they invest largely in facilities. I see the university among top ranking universities in the next few years.

The benefits (housing/meals) are common as far as I aware so hard to see as a specific pro.

Cons

Way too much work and at times dangerous - handling late night lockouts (8-8) and doing night rounds alone (8, 10, 12, 2) between buildings.
