Great coworkers, decent initial pay (for highered), autonomy, amazing students, one virtual day per week, budget for programming and PD, Rowan likes to hire/promote within

Cons

Leadership is often negative and too corporate at times, a LOT is expected to where you can't avoid working after hours, little attention to those drowning/stressed, Medical school environment is highly intense
