Many good colleagues Proximity to many activities Salary and benefits for tenure-track are good due to an active union, improving for FT non-tenure track and adjuncts

Cons

Combined work level is excessive if you want to be a good teacher, as you have to be a productive researcher.

Cons

We were expected to hold office hours, but there wasn’t adequate space for holding them, so I had to use hallway benches.
