You can make great connections with not only the staff and faculty of Rowan University, but also the incoming freshman and transfer students. You learn how to retain information and be a guide to people who need help. You also learn useful skills like presenting, organization, teamwork, timeliness, facilitation, and much more.

Cons

The days can feel quite long and being a PROS requires a lot of physical work during training and all orientations.
