      Pros

      Good benefits package and paid time off.

      Cons

      Like with most places the work load is not evenly distributed. Performance isn't valued and rewarded. It makes it difficult to accomplish projects when not everyone works together. Supervisors and HR don't seem to be interested in helping you move up in your role regardless of the extra work you are given.
