Have been working without a state contract for 4 years! Executive management top heavy. Enough money to add executives but when it comes to replacing staff that quite or retired it doesn't happen. They just distribute the extra workload to other staff. So you get more work and not any extra money. Pay way too much in benefits and pension. I make less now than I did 4 years ago.
