Pros

The school had much to offer especially exceptionally caring and capable teachers and staff but...

Cons

...leadership ties the hands of teachers and staff behind their backs. NO ONE in leadership knows how to open a PDF never mind how to run a school but the worst part is that they can't admit it. They are too busy covering themselves to be useful in their roles. Their incompetence has ruined every program in the school and has driven away 90% of the employees. Sad.

Pros

You can build great, genuine relationships within the college. The students connect with staff very well when staff is genuine with them. This made working there worth it.

Cons

High, unnecessary turnover rate. Employees lost their jobs for no reason FREQUENTLY. No room for growth in an institution that would significantly benefit from enabling employees to build a career there.
