Totally disorganized compensation

Pros

Great students! Faculty that care. Staff care also but much mismanagement and disorganization.

Cons

I get checks in the mail for random amounts without any correlation to work done. Supervisors unwilling to clarify. As an adjunct I often had to attend meetings and do work outside the scope of what I was being paid. I would not recommend if you received offers from other schools. It is fine if you are looking for something to do on the side.

No money for progress, The people running the college should be more upfront and honest and lack of communication.

Pros

Faculty and staff are great. Some of the new spaces turned out nice... not enough staff or students to support the school in a positive way.

Cons

Administration Lack of communication and compassion No direction , too much going on with construction Not enough communication to the community for updates
