      There only pro this position has is that you are helping students create a better future for themselves

      Cons

      There are many downsides • don't trust their employees on their ability to get the job done • talk down to employees like the are little kids • there is no structure • over work the employees • they want to pay you minimum way and have you wear 100 hats there many more to say but most important is this position is very stressful and depressing position if you love what you do this is not the place for you just look at the track record of what has been going on with the IT department. They say you in a union and that they would help but that is the worst union there is they don’t do much for their employees.
