My main concern with Roxtec was the lack of processes they put in place to set up all departments for success. It is a growing company and with that, they need to have a more efficient system to support their sales teams. Also, lack of communication within various departments affected the atmosphere and created unnecessary stress along with the open environment.

Communication betgween the headquarters and Tulsa is not the best, but it is to be expected since it is a global company, however we get things done no matter what. Communication between inside and outside sales sometimes is also limited.
