Pros

-Understands being an EMT is often the first step in many careers (medical school, firefighter, nursing, etc). Doesn't fight that, but supports it. -Very chill management, they are easy to work with and talk to. -Doesnt take itself too seriously but will also train you well on the basics of becoming an EMT.

Cons

IFT can get pretty boring after awhile so try to make the jump to CCT if you want to learn more, or consider where your next step in your career should take you.
