Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the flexibility and diverse learning opportunities that Royal Ambulance provides. We’re glad that you appreciated the range of experiences and the accommodating nature of our scheduling—those aspects are central to our mission to support our team members’ growth and work-life balance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding compensation, especially for weekend and night shifts. Your suggestion about stacking pay differentials is insightful and reinforces our awareness of how important it is to reward team members for taking on less popular shifts. We’ll take this into consideration as we continue evaluating ways to enhance our pay structure and support our dedicated team. Your input is valuable, and we’re grateful for your contributions to making Royal Ambulance a better place for everyone.

Pros

- Will learn a lot and experience lots of different cases - Night shifts allowed for more flexibility

Cons

- Understaffed and always looking for you to pick up shifts - Wouldn’t allow me to work part-time while I went back to school - Expected to transport patients that you are not trained for and outside your scope of practice - Lack of communication between management, scheduler was not informed I had put in my two-weeks
