- Very tight knit culture -Opportunities for growth -Very rewarding role that was different daily -Support leadership and management -lots of transferable skills can be learned - Meet alot of new people

Cons

- My role involved me putting on excessive mileage on my car -Consistent lack of resources -Room for miscommunication because of so many EMTs/deparments -Leadership can take a long time to hear concerns
