Pros

Very easy to work with scheduling to fit your preferences. Very friendly co-workers. Supervisors are very understanding and easy to work with. A great place to start your career in healthcare or EMS.

Cons

The only bad things I have experienced in this job are not related to management or the company. Argumentative patients and nursing home staff are some of the more common issues you can come across while working this job.
