Leave as soon as you can

Pros

They'll hire anyone with a pulse and an EMT card (no braincells required) Extremely hard to get fired (huge perk if you're an idiot) Pretty lax scheduling (also great if you're a sloppy pos)

Cons

Greedy company, will do anything to shave $2 off their cost (send people home early if they don't think they'll get any calls, downgrade the health insurance plan to the lowest legal limit, calculate a bunch of payroll "errors" that always seem to save them money, change the wording of the employee handbook to make sure they can pay less and pulls some bs half measure to cover it up) You probably have to work here for a bit as a start to your career, just try to leave as soon as you can
