Competitive pay, and good county supervisors. Flexible shifts. Good range of calls. Tons of career opportunities and programs to help newly hired healthcare providers.

Cons

Scheduling could really use some help. Older manual gurneys.

The people here at Royal is what truly makes this a special place to work! The operations staff are also very flexible and are willing to help you in any way that you need.

Cons

Some of the equipment at Royal are outdated. For example, the manual gurneys can be really tough on our backs.
