Great Company, Bad Pay

Pros

Fun environment, great friends met, good work culture

Cons

Bad pay, you don't get paid enough for what you do, injury prone job, sometimes you work the full 10 hours without a break or a lunch, sometimes you can get held over 30+ minutes.

Pros

Very flexible. Benefit of being at a larger company is the plethora of scheduling options available. Great staff, both higher ups and management that always have your back. Very informative, and good at guiding you in whatever future journey you may be embarking on. Most importantly, unlike other companies, they understand this job has a high turnover rate, but they are still very respectable and easy to work with.

Cons

None. Maybe pay, but that is an industry wide issue, and not at all unique to Royal Ambulance.
