Very disappointing and gloomy culture that overburdens few functions. Leadership team makes efforts only in inflating and painting a rosy picture to the global team, while the sales has not been picking up since past few years. Extremely high attrition rate is there. Unethical practices along with frequent politicking leads to overall low morale among employees.
