Solid professional work colleges and a lot of challenges will be given to you,and the support is fantastic.You get a lot of interesting tasks on daily basis .

Cons

Being away from family and friends at home for up to 10 weeks at the time.Long travels to get to the location of the Ship since they are situated all over the World.

very small basic compensation and very strict with the rules to the point that you couldn't get a life anymore.

They are paying in us dollars and the staff respect plus the career growth

once you cancelled your contract and again if you want to join they will take you in a lower position
