Pros

One of the best cruise line company. Lots of destinations to go to. Newer ships.

Cons

Senior corporate management should be more open in communicating.

Pros

for miami standards, i thought the pay was good. then again, the workforce is very dissatisfied, so without competitive salaries, the employees would be as incompetent as the management.

Cons

13% turnover in the miami headquarters during the recession. keep in mind miami has 12% unemployment (3% above the national average). I think the numbers speak for themselves. offices are drab, management is quite incompetent. to rise through the ranks, you need to brown nose. and there are rat traps under the desks. yum.

Pros

Excellent product, concentration on the guest

Cons

Bizarre disfunctionality at the top. If management all worked together, this company could really do great.
