One of the worst organization i have ever worked in my 8 years of experience. Especially the Top management ( So-called Mr. CEO) is such a senseless, arrogant and unfit to be even working in IT. He would interfere in every employees work, from Directors to House boy including the office securities

Decent pay. Used to have a good name in the industry but not anymore

Cons

Follows a lot of unethical practices. For starters, 80% of glass door reviews are written by the HR's who are forced to do so by the management.
