Pros

Small IT dept, so you'll be able to gain a lot of experience on different projects and systems. Everyone wears multiple hats. There is always an opportunity to learn and a lot of hands on.

Cons

Small IT Dept. so it can be overwhelming on certain days. Also, being on call was not very fun. Chances are you will get paged at least once during the weekend or late at night.

People are fun and culture is genuinely friendly. Working with their residents is such a rewarding job. There is lots of opportunity to work in different departments and grow within the organization.
