Pros

Very laid back, quarterly bonus’s and all the overtime you can manage (up to 20 hours a week) huge benefits if you stay a long time.

Cons

Poor communication from higher ups Low pay compared to the market Nepotism Far right political views openly and commonly expressed A lot of sexual harassment that goes ignored by certain employees with good tenure

Very misleading about Saturday work.

Was told 3 times did not work on Saturdays. I specifically asked during my interview. I was told no we very rarely work on Saturdays. I had one Saturday off in a year

Throughout our hiring process, we strive to be candid and honest with candidates about our company and work schedules. Overtime availability varies based on customer orders and shipment deadlines and can occur on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays to help with work-life balance.
